The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Agartala branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Agartala:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Agartala branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Agartala customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Agartala customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
