The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Akola branch.
Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Akola:
- Processing and Disbursement of files
- Handling all Akola branch administration activities
- Regular follow-ups with Akola customers
- Co-ordination with central ops team
- Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
- Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
- Ensuring on-time payments of the Akola customers
- Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
- Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
- Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Akola branch
- Responsible to handle MIS Job
- Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis
