The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Talashpur Aligarh branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Aligarh:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Aligarh branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Aligarh customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Aligarh customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
