The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Amabala branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Amabala:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Amabala branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Amabala customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
