The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Ambala City branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Ambala City:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Ambala City branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Ambala City customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Ambala City customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
• Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Ambala City branch
• Responsible to handle MIS Job
