The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Bamunara branch.

 

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Bamunara:

  • Processing and Disbursement of files
  • Handling all Bamunara branch administration activities
  • Regular follow-ups with Bamunara customers
  • Co-ordination with central ops team
  • Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
  • Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
  • Ensuring on-time payments of the Bamunara customers
  • Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
  • Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
  • Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Bamunara branch
  • Responsible to handle MIS Job
  • Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis

 

Desired Candidate Profile for Branch Operations Job in Bamunara:

  • Basic knowledge of Operations work in the Bank
  • 0-3 yrs of relevant experience in Bamunara
  • Good communication skills must needed to manager client in flow.
