The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Bairagarh Bhopal branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Bhopal:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Bhopal branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Bhopal customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Bhopal customers
