The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Elathur Calicut branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Calicut:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Calicut branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Calicut customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Calicut customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
• Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Calicut branch
