The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Chandigarh branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Chandigarh:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Chandigarh branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Chandigarh customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Chandigarh customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
