The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Chaupal branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Chaupal:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Chaupal branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Chaupal customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Chaupal customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
• Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Chaupal branch
• Responsible to handle MIS Job
• Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis
