The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Damanjodi branch.
Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Damanjodi:
- Processing and Disbursement of files
- Handling all Damanjodi branch administration activities
- Regular follow-ups with Damanjodi customers
- Co-ordination with central ops team
- Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
- Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
