The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Dhanbad branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Dhanbad:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Dhanbad branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Dhanbad customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Dhanbad customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
