The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Dharwad branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Dharwad:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Dharwad branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Dharwad customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Dharwad customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
