The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Durgapur branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Durgapur:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Durgapur branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Durgapur customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
