The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Gajraula branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Gajraula:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Gajraula branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Gajraula customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Gajraula customers
