The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Goniana branch.

 

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Goniana:

  • Processing and Disbursement of files
  • Handling all Goniana branch administration activities
  • Regular follow-ups with Goniana customers
  • Co-ordination with central ops team
  • Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
  • Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
  • Ensuring on-time payments of the Goniana customers
  • Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
  • Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
  • Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Goniana branch
  • Responsible to handle MIS Job
  • Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis
