The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Guruvayur branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Guruvayur:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Guruvayur branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Guruvayur customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Guruvayur customers
