The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the M G Road Guwahati branch.
Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Guwahati:
- Processing and Disbursement of files
- Handling all Guwahati branch administration activities
- Regular follow-ups with Guwahati customers
- Co-ordination with central ops team
- Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
- Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
- Ensuring on-time payments of the Guwahati customers
- Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
- Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
- Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Guwahati branch
- Responsible to handle MIS Job
- Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis
Desired Candidate Profile for Branch Operations Job in Guwahati:
- Candidate should be Graduate or above
- Basic knowledge of Operations work in the Bank
- 0-3 yrs of relevant experience in Guwahati
- Good communication skills must needed to manager client in flow.
