The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Hoshangabad branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Hoshangabad:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Hoshangabad branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Hoshangabad customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
