The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Jalpaiguri branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Jalpaiguri:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Jalpaiguri branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Jalpaiguri customers
