The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Jamkhandi branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Jamkhandi:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Jamkhandi branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Jamkhandi customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Jamkhandi customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
