The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Dared Jamnagar branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Jamnagar:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Jamnagar branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Jamnagar customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Jamnagar customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
