The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Dugdha Jamshedpur branch.
Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Jamshedpur:
- Processing and Disbursement of files
- Handling all Jamshedpur branch administration activities
- Regular follow-ups with Jamshedpur customers
- Co-ordination with central ops team
- Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
- Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
- Ensuring on-time payments of the Jamshedpur customers
- Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
- Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
- Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Jamshedpur branch
- Responsible to handle MIS Job
- Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis
Desired Candidate Profile for Branch Operations Job in Jamshedpur:
- Candidate should be Graduate or above
- Basic knowledge of Operations work in the Bank
- 0-3 yrs of relevant experience in Jamshedpur
- Good communication skills must needed to manager client in flow.
