The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Kalyani branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Kalyani:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Kalyani branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Kalyani customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
