The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Payyambalam Kannur branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Kannur:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Kannur branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Kannur customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Kannur customers
