The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Katihar branch.
Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Katihar:
- Processing and Disbursement of files
- Handling all Katihar branch administration activities
- Regular follow-ups with Katihar customers
- Co-ordination with central ops team
- Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
- Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
- Ensuring on-time payments of the Katihar customers
- Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
- Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
- Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Katihar branch

- Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis
