The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Kelomal branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Kelomal:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Kelomal branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Kelomal customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Kelomal customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
