The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Koraput branch.
Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Koraput:
- Processing and Disbursement of files
- Handling all Koraput branch administration activities
- Regular follow-ups with Koraput customers
- Co-ordination with central ops team
- Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
- Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
- Ensuring on-time payments of the Koraput customers
- Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
- Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
- Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Koraput branch
- Responsible to handle MIS Job
- Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis
