The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Koratty branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Koratty:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Koratty branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Koratty customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
