The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Kudamaloor branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Kudamaloor:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Kudamaloor branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Kudamaloor customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Kudamaloor customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
