The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Kundli branch.
Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Kundli:
- Processing and Disbursement of files
- Handling all Kundli branch administration activities
- Regular follow-ups with Kundli customers
- Co-ordination with central ops team
- Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
- Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
- Ensuring on-time payments of the Kundli customers
- Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
- Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
- Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Kundli branch
- Responsible to handle MIS Job
- Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis
