The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Lohia Khas branch.
Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Lohia Khas:
- Processing and Disbursement of files
- Handling all Lohia Khas branch administration activities
- Regular follow-ups with Lohia Khas customers
- Co-ordination with central ops team
- Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
- Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
- Ensuring on-time payments of the Lohia Khas customers
- Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
- Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
- Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Lohia Khas branch
- Responsible to handle MIS Job
- Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis
Desired Candidate Profile for Branch Operations Job in Lohia Khas:

- Basic knowledge of Operations work in the Bank
- 0-3 yrs of relevant experience in Lohia Khas
