The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Mahuva branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Mahuva:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Mahuva branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Mahuva customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Mahuva customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
• Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Mahuva branch
• Responsible to handle MIS Job
• Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis
