The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Makhu branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Makhu:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Makhu branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Makhu customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Makhu customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
