The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Malegaon branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Malegaon:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Malegaon branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Malegaon customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Malegaon customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
