The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Mandi branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Mandi:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Mandi branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Mandi customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
