The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Kavoor Mangalore branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Mangalore:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Mangalore branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Mangalore customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Mangalore customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
• Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Mangalore branch
• Responsible to handle MIS Job
• Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis
