The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Margao branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Margao:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Margao branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Margao customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Margao customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
