The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Mysore branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Mysore:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Mysore branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Mysore customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Mysore customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
• Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Mysore branch
