The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Naharkatia branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Naharkatia:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Naharkatia branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Naharkatia customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Naharkatia customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
