The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Nangal branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Nangal:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Nangal branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Nangal customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Nangal customers
