The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Nellore branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Nellore:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Nellore branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Nellore customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Nellore customers
