The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Obra branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Obra:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Obra branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Obra customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
