The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Osmanabad branch.

 

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Osmanabad:

  • Processing and Disbursement of files
  • Handling all Osmanabad branch administration activities
  • Regular follow-ups with Osmanabad customers
  • Co-ordination with central ops team
  • Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
  • Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
  • Ensuring on-time payments of the Osmanabad customers
  • Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
  • Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
  • Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Osmanabad branch
  • Responsible to handle MIS Job
  • Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis

 

Desired Candidate Profile for Branch Operations Job in Osmanabad:

  • Candidate should be Graduate or above
  • Basic knowledge of Operations work in the Bank
  • 0-3 yrs of relevant experience in Osmanabad
  • Good communication skills must needed to manager client in flow.
