The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Pallahada branch.
Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Pallahada:
- Processing and Disbursement of files
- Handling all Pallahada branch administration activities
- Regular follow-ups with Pallahada customers
- Co-ordination with central ops team
- Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
- Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
- Ensuring on-time payments of the Pallahada customers
- Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
- Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
- Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Pallahada branch

- Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis
