The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Pandhurna branch.
Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Pandhurna:
- Processing and Disbursement of files
- Handling all Pandhurna branch administration activities
- Regular follow-ups with Pandhurna customers
- Co-ordination with central ops team
- Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
- Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
- Ensuring on-time payments of the Pandhurna customers
- Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
- Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
- Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Pandhurna branch
