The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Patan branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Patan:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Patan branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Patan customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
