The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Poonch branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Poonch:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Poonch branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Poonch customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Poonch customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
