The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Bhanpuri Raipur branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Raipur:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Raipur branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Raipur customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Raipur customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
• Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Raipur branch
