The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Sadhaura branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Sadhaura:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Sadhaura branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Sadhaura customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
